What is good health ??   why we should be in good health , What is relationship between health and wealth??..See there is simple thing , if you are not in good health then you will fall ill or you will catch some disease due to which you will lose your all wealth which you have earned very hard ! So in order to live a financially stable life you need to have a good health! 
 There is a saying, “A healthy body  is a house of a healthy mind ”.  There is enormous reasons of why you should stay healthy! So let's discuss what it takes to have a good health.                                                                                   
  Good health comes with a cost ! So for that there is some simple thing which you should do daily in order to stay fit ....Are as follows

1.Drink More water in day and a little in night.

Water is very basic and very important thing in our lives . Now when and how much to drink water..? You should drink water more in a day and less in night. Also the first thing you should do in morning after wake up is Drink one full glass of water . Then how much to drink in a day ...If you are adult man then you should drink around 3.7 litres of water and if you are Women then you should drink at least 2.7 litres of water. See guys Water is the best source of mineral we can get ..So never forget that !      

2.Do exercise , hit gym 4 times in a week !

This is simple and most effective thing we all should do ...is hit the gym !!!  If you go gym 4 time a week then it is best thing you can do in order to stay fit and fine ! 

  3.Be sure to get sleep.

 Sleeping help's your body and brain to relax and repair! Some people sacrifice their sleep for work and after some time they have to sacrifice their work ! For an Adult , 8 hours of sleep is mandatory .

 4.Eat Right food !

Foods , we all love to eat foods especially junk one's,right? But to achieve good health you have you to make sacrifices . I am not saying stop eating junk food right away ...or don't eat junk food from now onwards , Eat it but in limit like once in a week is best ! There is a thing called cheat day , some people have cheat day once in a week and some have cheat day once in a month ! Its your choice ! On cheat day they don't hit the gym and they eat junk food ! That's it , its not like cheating on someone ...! 

    5. Meditation. 

In this harsh and busy world meditation is like an glass of water in hot summer ,most of the people are busy in enjoying and they are lost in this materialistic world ! Now a days we get news of sucides which are happening and most of the people who are doing sucides are young/youth. The one thing which will help you in your difficult times and help you to stay calm is Meditation ! The one who meditate his/her mind becomes calm like water ! If you meditate daily then you will see difference in short time in yourself !

  2. Do hit gym daily.
  3. Have a good sleep.
  4. Eat healthy foods.
